Our factory is equipped with 7 fully automatic SMT production lines featuring high-speed, high-precision placement machines to ensure consistent soldering quality and reliability. We also operate 2 fully automatic outdoor potting production lines, utilizing precision glue dispensing and sealing technology to guarantee superior waterproof and dustproof performance (meeting IP65 and above), effectively withstanding harsh weather and dusty environments. Currently, ABXLED's monthly production capacity reaches 10,000 square meters. Backed by our Shenzhen-based facility and scientifically optimized production layout, we are capable of efficiently handling large-scale projects, urgent orders, and peak-season delivery demands.

ABXLED offers a comprehensive product range, including indoor/outdoor full-color displays, rental LED screens, transparent LED displays, floor tiles, and creative/custom-shaped screens. Our products are widely used in commercial advertising, stage events, sports broadcasting, intelligent transportation, security surveillance, and government/corporate conferences.

We maintain a rigorous quality control system covering the entire production process: from incoming material inspection (IQC), AOI optical inspection during SMT assembly, potting sealing tests, to finished product aging tests and final outgoing inspections. Every ABXLED product undergoes strict [e.g., 72-hour] burn-in testing to ensure outstanding performance in brightness, color temperature, grayscale, and operational stability.
