The most notable feature of trailer-mounted LED displays is their high degree of mobility and flexibility. By integrating the LED screen, trailer chassis, support structure, and power/control equipment into a single unit, they can be towed to various locations for use. Unlike fixed LED displays, these units do not require permanent installation; their location can be easily changed to suit the needs of advertising campaigns, commercial events, sporting events, or outdoor performances. Once an event concludes, the screen can be retracted and transported to another venue, making them ideal for temporary or mobile outdoor activities.

In terms of structural design, trailer-mounted LED displays are characterized by modularity and rapid deployment capabilities. The equipment typically comprises a trailer chassis, LED display cabinets, a hydraulic or electric lifting mechanism, support systems, and power and control units. Upon arrival at the site, the trailer is stabilized using the support system, and the lifting mechanism raises the screen to the optimal height; some models can even expand to provide a larger display area. After the event, the screen is retracted and secured to the trailer body. This structural design eliminates the need for the extensive steel frameworks and construction work associated with traditional outdoor LED installations, thereby enhancing deployment efficiency. Furthermore, the modular design facilitates the inspection and replacement of LED modules, power supplies, and control equipment.

Trailer-mounted LED displays also offer large display areas, striking visual impact, and a wide range of applications. Designed primarily for outdoor use, they feature high brightness levels to ensure visibility even in direct sunlight, as well as robust dustproofing, waterproofing, and heat dissipation capabilities to withstand diverse weather conditions. Functionally, they can display images, text, and video, and connect to cameras, computers, and other video equipment to enable real-time live broadcasting and content switching. Some models are equipped with integrated audio systems, wireless communication, and remote control capabilities, allowing them to independently handle outdoor promotional activities and event displays. Overall, trailer-mounted LED displays combine convenient mobility, rapid deployment, operational flexibility, and comprehensive functionality, effectively meeting the demand for temporary display equipment across various outdoor scenarios.
