What Installation Requires Before the Screen Arrives
A 30mm cabinet at 5.1kg is easier to install than a deeper, heavier display, but the wall and mounting surface still need to be checked. This page covers what to prepare, how the modules connect, and how maintenance works after installation.
Wall and Mounting Preparation
Confirm three things before installation:
Wall flatness. Fine-pitch displays show surface irregularities. The mounting surface should be level within standard tolerance for the pitch being installed. For P0.78 and P0.93, tighter tolerances apply.
Mounting structure. Because the cabinet is front-service, the display can be mounted flush against the wall. This eliminates the need for rear clearance. Confirm the wall can support the total display weight, including cabinets, power supplies, and control hardware.
Power and signal routing. Confirm power distribution points and signal cable paths before cabinets are mounted. The wireless module connection reduces internal cabling, but external power and signal still need to be planned.

How the Wireless Module Connection Works
Each module receives data and power through a HUB connection. There are no separate DC power lines running to individual modules. This simplifies installation because modules do not need individual power wiring, and it simplifies maintenance because a module can be removed without disconnecting separate power cables.
Module Replacement Procedure
- The 600 Series uses full front service. The procedure is:
- Attach the electric vacuum clamp to the module surface.
- Release the module from the HUB connection.

Routine Maintenance
- COB modules resist contact damage better than SMD, but routine care still matters:
- Cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the COB surface.
- Inspection. Check for dead pixels and color uniformity periodically. COB modules maintain consistency well, but early detection of issues reduces repair scope.

Environmental checks. Confirm ambient temperature and humidity remain within the operating range. Verify ventilation around power supplies if the display is recessed into a wall.
