Indoor LED displays require regular cleaning and inspection during long-term use to ensure optimal display performance. Prolonged exposure to the indoor environment makes the screen surface prone to dust accumulation; excessive dust not only impairs image clarity but can also hinder heat dissipation. Therefore, a reasonable cleaning schedule should be established based on the specific operating environment, using soft cleaning tools to remove dust from the screen surface and cabinets. Care must be taken to protect the LED beads during cleaning; sharp objects should not come into direct contact with the screen surface, and water or other liquids should not be sprayed directly onto the display. Dust inside the screen or hard-to-reach areas should be handled by professionals to prevent damage to electronic components caused by improper handling.

Power and signal systems are also key areas for routine maintenance. Regularly inspect power cables, signal cables, ribbon cables, and various connectors for looseness, damage, or poor contact. If issues such as screen flickering, dark spots, abnormal colors, or signal interruptions occur, promptly check the relevant connections and control equipment. Additionally, monitor the operating status of power supply equipment to prevent overloading or voltage instability. For large LED displays composed of multiple cabinets, regularly inspect the inter-cabinet connections and mounting structures for stability; address any abnormalities immediately to prevent safety issues during long-term operation.

In addition to cleaning and wiring inspections, proper heat dissipation and operational management are essential. Prolonged operation generates heat; poor heat dissipation can raise the equipment temperature, potentially affecting the performance of LED beads, driver circuits, and power supplies. Therefore, ensure adequate airflow around the screen, keep heat dissipation vents unobstructed, and regularly check that cooling fans and other heat dissipation devices are functioning correctly. Turn off the equipment when not in use to minimize wear and tear associated with continuous operation. Promptly replace or repair faulty modules, power supplies, or control components; do not allow the system to operate with unresolved faults for extended periods. Regular cleaning, wiring checks, heat dissipation maintenance, and timely troubleshooting will extend the service life of indoor LED displays while ensuring consistent display quality.
