• Aluminum chassis, not steel. The 26kg panel is roughly 50% lighter than an equivalent steel cabinet. That weight difference reduces steel frame costs by at least 30% and lowers the structural load on the building or ground mount.
• Fire-proof module construction. The aluminum frame does not burn. Conventional plastic modules can ignite; the OA Series module can be wiped clean and, at end of life, the aluminum is recyclable.
• Common cathode power design. Power is supplied separately to the red and blue/green channels, so current is distributed accurately to each lamp bead. This is what produces the 50% energy saving and keeps the panel running at around 39°C instead of the 50°C typical of conventional designs.

• IP66 on both faces. Front and rear are sealed against dust and water. Aluminum is rustproof, so the panel suits seaside and high-humidity installations.

• Front and rear maintenance. The 480×320mm module has four holes on the front face. Insert a tool, rotate, and the module releases. The same operation can be performed from the rear.

Position pins, module handles, safety ropes, structure locks, and hidden cable grooves are built into the cabinet. These details reduce installation time and keep the rear of the screen clean.
