From Order to Installation – How ABXLED Delivers Outdoor 3D LED Projects
What Happens After You Place an Order
Outdoor LED projects involve more moving parts than the panel itself: steel structure, power distribution, content setup, and on-site installation. This page explains what ABXLED handles and what you need to prepare, so the project timeline does not slip.
Production and Lead Time
Production runs 3–15 working days depending on screen size and configuration. For custom sizes, the timeline starts after drawing approval. We confirm the final layout, pixel pitch, and cabinet configuration in writing before production begins.

We support FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, and EXW terms. For first-time importers, DDP door-to-door service means you pay and we handle customs and delivery.
What You Need to Prepare

Basic installation tools
We provide the panel, modules, power supplies, controller cards, and cables. If you need the steel structure designed, tell us the site dimensions and mounting method.
Installation Support
- We support three levels of installation assistance:
- Remote configuration. If the screen is assembled but content is not displaying correctly, our technicians configure it remotely.
- Spare parts supply. We ship enough spare LED modules, power supplies, controller cards, and cables with the order. We also repair LED modules for the life of the product.

On-site installation. Where required, our technicians travel to the site to install the 3D LED screen.
Training and Documentation
Clients can visit the ABXLED factory for free technical training on operating and repairing the 3D LED display. For remote teams, we provide tutorial videos and 24/7 after-sales support.
Customization and Branding
We print LOGO on the screen at no charge, including single-piece orders. Custom sizes are available based on the actual installation area - common configurations include 12m×8m, 8m×6m, 6m×4m, and 4m×3m, but the layout is built to your site.
Warranty and Long-Term Support
The OA Series carries a 3-year warranty. Beyond the warranty period, we continue to supply spare modules and technical guidance. Because the aluminum module is recyclable, end-of-life disposal is also simplified.
